Comparison made between: Sample A: Model Number CFO-SA231, 900W graphene broil element installed in an 0.63 cu ft oven cavity. Sample B: 900W sheathed metal broil element purchased in the open market in 2024, installed in an 0.63 cu ft oven cavity. Record the time to bring a graphene element oven from 23° C to 180°C. Calculate the heating rate (ƞ1) of the oven as 1/heating time. Repeat the test with a conventional metal element oven to calculate the heating rate (ƞ2) of the oven as 1/heating time. XX% faster heating = 100 x ((ƞ2 – ƞ1) / ƞ2)
