Verification Method

Expected service life Sample conditioning per, IEC 62506:2023, Methods for product accelerated testing, Single stress acceleration methodology Clause 5.6.1.3, Arrhenius model. Expected service life declared by the manufacturer for Arrhenius Model calculations is: 10 years. After conditioning, the sample is subjected to a pressure of 0.5MPa, for 30 minutes at room temperature. During and after the test, there were no rupture, leaks, or loosening of any connection or part. Maximum Pressure Test under the Normal and Abnormal Conditions Sample assessment per, IEC 62368-1: 2023, Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment – Part 1: Safety requirements, Clause G.15 - Pressurized liquid filled components or LFC assemblies, Clause B.3 - Simulated abnormal operating conditions, and Clause B.4 – Simulated single fault conditions. After conditioning, the sample is subjected to a pressure of 0.5MPa, for 30 minutes at room temperature. During and after the test, there were no rupture, leaks, or loosening of any connection or part. Connection Durability Test The connections (e.g. plug and socket) are inserted and withdrawn for 200 cycles at a rate not more than 10 operations per minute while the sample is operated at the maximum working pressure specified by the manufacturer at the maximum temperature measured during normal operating conditions. At the end of the test, the connections (e.g. plug and socket) are subjected to a pressure of 0.5MPa for 30 minutes at room temperature. During and after the test, there were no rupture, leaks, or loosening of any connection or part.
