An audit was conducted to evaluate the consistency of the customer’s leakage current measurement process. The assessment examined the integrated components, including: • Roles, responsibilities, and training of personnel involved in measurement activity. Competency records and workflow responsibilities were evaluated to confirm consistent application of the documented process. • Written procedures governing how measurements are obtained and recorded. Process controls, review steps, and data handling rules were examined to ensure they align with the documented methodology. • Functionality and configuration of the software tools and supporting systems used to measure and record data. System outputs and data retention behavior were confirmed. This verification confirms that the documented process was followed as written and the supporting systems used to produce and record the measurement data operate as described at the time of assessment.
