Flicker-free Display (OLED)

Verification Method

The assessment offered under this program based on testing per: ISO 9241-305, Ergonomics Of Human-System Interaction - Part 305: Optical Laboratory Test Methods For Electronic Visual Displays, Section 15.3 ISO 9241-307, Ergonomics Of Human-System Interaction - Part 307: Analysis And Compliance Test Methods For Electronic Visual Displays, Table 109 Temporal instability, IDMS Version 1.03, Information Display Measurement Standard, Clause 10.5 IEEE 1789, IEEE Recommended Practices For Modulating Current In High-Brightness LEDs For Mitigating Health Risks To Viewers (Low-Risk Level and No Observable Effect Level (NOEL)) The whole image area shall be free of flicker to at least 90 % of the user population. Results assessed in the Low-Risk Level and No Observable Effect Level (NOEL) qualify for the claim “Flicker Free Display”.
