Verification Method

Testing was performed according to ISO 21702:2019, "Measurement of antiviral activity on plastics and other non-porous surfaces". The virucidal efficacy of the test surface treated with Retrace AV containing emulsion paint was compared with that of the control untreated surface. The SARS-Cov-2 virus was inoculated onto the test and control surface and incubated for 30 minutes and 60 minutes. Following timed exposure, the virus was eluted from the test and control surfaces and plated onto susceptible cells. Log10 reductions were determined following timed exposure. Three replicated of test and control were performed and viral titers were determined using a TCID 50 calculation.
