Verification Method
1. Glass substrate cleaned with ethanol 2. Measure contact angle of distilled water drop using mobile surface analyzer (with software-controlled drop deposition) 3. 1 ml of test solution (X-in-1 Cleanstar Magic) deposited on glass 4. Test solution evenly dispersed onto glass with microfiber cloth 5. Conditioned for 1 hr at 23°C / 50% R.H. 6. Repeat step 2, contact angle measurement 7. Perform car wash test based upon ISO 20566:2020 8. Repeat step 2, contact angle measurement 9. Repeat steps 3 – 6, re-application of test solution and contact angle measurement. 10. Experiment repeated after 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50 wash cycles.
